PROJECTION LED HEADLIGHTS WITH WORLD CLASS DOWN RANGE LUX PERFORMANCE

At autocraft we take great pride in the real-lux lights we offer. From our state-of-the-art engineering to manufacturing, we go the extra mile to ensure a product that has a long life that you can depend on. However, in the unlikely event of a problem, we offer the following limited product warranty.

Autocraft (“the seller”) warrants to the original purchaser (“the buyer”) that this real-lux led headlight is free of defects in material and workmanship. Replacement will be provided under this warranty only when the light is returned to the seller, by the buyer, with the original sales paperwork and determined to be defective due to faulty materials or manufacturing workmanship. The warranty does not include:

A) Improperly installed or modified
B) Lights that show abuse or misuse including input voltage
C) Failure caused by flood, explosions, fire, or

This warranty is effective from the date of purchase as follows:

1. Autocraft offers a one year free replacement limited warranty for all lighting products. Except the followoing:
   • AC-WNH-RL11C 7” ROUND PROJECTION LED HEADLIGHT – CHROME FACE
   • AC-WNH-RL11B 7” ROUND PROJECTION LED HEADLIGHT – BLACK FACE
   • AC-WNH-RL3C 5”X7” PROJECTION LED HEADLIGHT – CHROME FACE
2. For the products listed above, autocraft offers a 2-year free replacement limited warranty.
3. The warranty process begins when the buyer fills out and submits a “RMA WARRANTY CLAIM FORM” Along with a photo showing the back of the headlight and the serial number (7 digits: yy-xxxxx) to support@realluxled.com.
4. Once autocraft has received the RMA WARRANTY CLAIM FORM, our techinicians will review the information and contact the buyer for next steps. Typically, the failed headlight will need to be returned for evaluation.
5. If it is determined that the light is defective and within the warranty period, a new free replacement headlight will be ground shipped to the buyer at no cost *.

The Seller’s Liability is Limited to Replacement of the Light and Return Shipping Charges.  Note - Seller Will Not Be Responsible for Any Installation Costs, Loss of Time, Labor or Other Consequential Damages or Costs Incurred. This Warranty Does Not Cover Damage to the Battery, Vehicle. Obc or Any Part of the Electrical System, Destruction by Fire, Collision, Explosion, Freezing, Theft, Recharging, or Failure to Properly Maintain the Vehicle. Additionally, the Warranty Does Not Cover Damage to Lights Which Are Opened or Tampered With in Any Manner, Including the Use of Any Special Additives, Sealants or Anti-corrosion Agents Introduced. No Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness for Purpose Shall Be in Effect. There Are No Other Warranties Whether Expressed or Implied.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction Interpretation, and Enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Purchaser agrees that exclusive venue and jurisdiction of all actions and proceedings arising out of or relating to this Warranty shall be in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Washington.

If any provision or portion of any provision of this Warranty shall be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute the parties’ agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

The total liability of AutoCraft on any and all claims of any kind, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with, or resulting from, AutoCraft’s performance or breach of this Warranty, or from AutoCraft’s sale, delivery, resale, repair, or replacement of any Product(s) or the furnishing of any services, shall in no event exceed the purchase price allocable to the Product(s) that give rise to the claim, and any and all such liability shall terminate upon the expiration of the warranty period specified above.
